As a pioneer in leveraging the internet and digitalisation, Andy recognised the enormous potential to streamline business processes and fundamentally improve working methods through innovative technologies as early as the late 1990s. Since 1997, he has been developing tailored, flexible intranet solutions with his partner Mirco Schmid and the emotions team, shaping emotions' Way to Work approach and helping clients secure their competitiveness in the digital era.
