The Way to Win approach was developed by Erwin Brunner, Partner Strategy I Leadership I Branding at emotions, and is based on his over 25 years of successful collaboration with a variety of clients as brunner strategy - from ambitious SMEs to leading, globally active Swiss companies.

The Way to Work approach builds on over 25 years of experience and expertise from emotions in developing, continuously optimising, and integrating customised and adaptable intranet solutions. As early as the late 90s, the founders, Mirco Schmid and Andy Gebert, recognised the potential of the internet and have since been successfully guiding companies into the digital future.
